Where does one start, so many thoughts throughout the day and so little time to capture and put to pen. Anyways, it was a grand day, busy and full of small successes. Striving to make my first thought each morning of dying to myself, somedays it is a joy to have that and others a challenge- but how my soul longs for Him.
Reading Isaiah 43 yesterday, such emotion dripping out of the pages. "Yet you have not called upon me, O Jacob, you have not wearied yourselves for me, O Israel! ...But you have burdened me with your sins and wearied me with your offenses. I, even I, am he who blots out your transgressions, for my own sake, and remembers your sins no more." 22, 24, 25. How can you not fall onto your face and cry out?
Anyways, beyond experiencing my first speeding ticket and hearing that Tom (my cat) went to the drive-in movies with my landlords...nothing new.

ReplyDeleteHey girl! I hope you are doing great!! We miss you! We are doing pretty good! We have a new church home and we are LOVING it!! We really feel blessed that the Lord led us there! I hope soon we can get together with the "old gang"!! That would be so FUN!! I never got to spend as much time as I wanted to with all you girls!! But I always enjoyed myself when I did!
